Hi Dana,
Stacking...you need from 1/2 wavelength to 5/8 wavelength..that's 9.8 
feet at 50.125...already your mast is too short IF that's all the 
mast you have.
Yes, you can use phasing lines of 75 ohm coax & a T. The phasing 
lines need to be odd multiples of 1/2 wavelength, accounting for the 
velocity factor of the coax you use for the phasing lines. A good 
reference is the ARRL handbook, and the ARRL antenna book.
