Jeez Mike,

 From the looks of the message it was probably a mistake.  However,  
your response was not in good taste either.  Nothing wrong with  
trying to help someone out but your first sentence was a little harsh  
to say the least, never-mind the overall condescending tone.

Let's not try to chase away list members.  Let's help them.
