The definitions of QRP.
Mobile: If your tires don't skid when you key the mike it's QRP.
HF: If the lights don't dime when you key then it's QRP.
VHF. If the fluorescent lights don't come on in your neighbor's house when
you key it's QRP.
UHF and beyond. If you can't cook lunch in front of the dish while in QSO
it's QRP.
