ben
the cheapest tower would be used Rohn 25G but it is not self supporting
over 30ft tall
so you would need guy wire and anchors
then there are self supporting towers which cost a bit more used but
only cost the price of the tower and the couple of yards of concrete to
install it
if you can afford new i would suggest the Universal Towers 30ft aluminum
tower
its self supporting only needs a half yard of concrete and it is very
light the tower only weighs about 40lbs and costs new less than 500$
plus shipping
i dont recall their website but there is a link to them from
www.texastowers.com
there are also crank up towers in steel and aluminum but are very pricey
i would also post an ad on www.qth.com that you are looking for a tower
and maybe you can find a used tower cheap
also drive around your town and look for towers with nothing on it and
talk to the home owner maybe you can get it for the taking it down
good luck
