Ben,
My personal favorites are the four element Directive Systems 50MHz antenna
and the eleven element KLM 50-52 (which is no longer made) which is AWESOME!
The KLM has decent bandwidth and great gain. It also seems to be a bit
resistant to fading as conditions change. I attribute that to the frontal
lobe which is a bit broad in the vertical axis, allowing signals to continue
to be received by the antenna as the reflectve angle of incidence changes.
The Directive Systems antennas are physical managable, with a clean pattern
and good gain. It is a pleasure to use both at home and when operaing
portable.

Thanks for those who have given me input on antennas!
I was wondering if anyone is using the KMA antennas?
I'm just kind curious about how the KMA 4113 does on the respective bands
that it covers? How does this antenna go against a quad?
