Anyone have any suggestions on how to get a CB-6 converter working 
properly? The tubes check out good. I went in and did the adjustments 
topside for maximum output and this thing is still deaf as a doorpost. I 
heard nothing on the openings last week or week before..... I could hear 
signals on the HE-35 and on a S-53a on a long wire.  But the Ameco sits 
in silence hooked up to my DX160. It only hears my transmitter firing at 
it. I've heard a couple of people say they like these rigs but mine 
seems to stink at it's job........ Is this thing worth spending more 
time on or should I just get my S-53a fixed and forget  the CB-6???
