EUGENE OREGON'S FIRST EVER HAM RADIO "DUMPSTER DIVE"

WHEN: SATURDAY MAY 14, 2005 8:30 AM-11:00 AM ONLY (Rain or shine)
WHERE: 75 Centennial Loop, Eugene, OR (Off Martin Luther King Boulevard)

WHAT THE HECK IS IT?

Several "over stocked" hams will have their pickups and utility trailers
full of ham radio, electronic, computer and related "STUFF" to give away to
whom ever wants or needs it. Come on down and take what you want. We all
have stuff that is just too good to take to the dump, but we just don't want
to hang on to it till the next ham fair (IE. The XYL is telling us it has to
go.) What we don't want, you could use!

Guaranteed to be something for everybody.

Everything is absolutely FREE...the display or offering of ANY "for sale"
items will be not be allowed on the lot.

Proof of an amateur license is required before anyone will be allowed to
accept any Amateur or Commercial transmitter. This does not apply to
unlicensed/GMRS, FRS, CB, or Marine radio service equipment.

No "dumpster diving" allowed before 8:30 AM. So be there "on time." Many
items will go fast!

PASS this on to every ham you know!

SHOW UP AND TAKE SOMETHING AWAY!!!!!

Hey...what a darnn good Idea! Can I bring stuff down, too?

YES you can!

Quick...clean out your Shack and you too can bring a truckload down.
You must pre-arrange a spot. Only a limited number are available.
Call N7IXA (Ken) for details... (phone numbers are below)
No charge to display and give away, donations to the small "Advertising"
fund accepted.
Bring your own table or saw horse and door.
A single power cord will be available. (Don't that just beat all...some
people only want working things)
Pick up your leftovers (otherwise you will find a big pile on YOUR lawn
Sunday morning.)
Agree to all of the above rules.
