Heading home for a few days... I'll be set up on a 9 or 10,000 foot mountain
on Wednesday afternoon and evening (mountain time). Thanks to our record
breaking drought in Idaho, I can already get to up to several of my favorite
peaks to run some 6m SSB. 100w into a small Yagi up 30 feet above my truck.
Will have the beam pointing SW or ESE most of the time, but if it gets
windy, ya never know. Probably be in DN35 but one location is on a corner,
and the other on a line, so it depends on snow conditions.

So when you folks back east get tired... swing your beams west and listen a
few late in the afternoon.

Will also be listening while mobile Tuesday and Thursday, for you local(s).

G'night.
