Time for a PSK question.....

Noticing on a couple of frequency lists that 51.120 is listed as the FM 
PSK calling freq. is anyone using PSK on FM??? Where would you go once 
you made a contact. It looks like it's in repeater territory. The reason 
I'm interested is that a few of us over here in DM09 have come across 
some low band Motorola SyntorX's complete and we are trying to decide 
which frequency's to program them with. Also trying to decide if we want 
any packet frequency's. We either have 16 or 32 channel heads. (probably 
16) Any comments or suggestions?
