No, everyone who posts a message to one of these lists in which the return
address of the sender is included will receive one if another member is
using an out-of-office reply feature.  

This is an annoyance that is generally resolved by the user setting up his
account so it doesn't respond to any email in which the list email address
is referenced.  Fortunately, most people do have them setup not to respond
to the list.  Those that do are most often removed from the lists
immediately.

Just delete them and ignore them.  They are harmless.
