To the group.

I came into the hobby as a no-code tech.  I joined a club.  The club has excellent operators.  I learned from the other club members on how to be a good operator, HF and VHF.

During most DX pileups the operator after several contacts would give the QSL route.  

Some new people to HF have not learned how to be good operator.  Why did someone not ask the operator to QSY and give the QSL route?  If we do not train operators or explain operating procedures properly are we not in fact also being poor operators.  We can complain or we can resolve problems.

Lets end this one quickly.  WE ARE SPENDING TOOOOOOOO much tine on the INTERNET.  Lets get back to operating on the air.  

There is an IOTA contest this weekend.  I will spend the rest of today preparing for the contest.
