I like, but may I suggest instead of doing all the extra columns to
which I assume you intend to add a check to  Instead use a letter
string in one column like a repeater directory.  Yes, it would take a
few times to get used to it but as long as it follows a understandable
pattern even old guys like me can catch on.

F=Fixed station
M=Mobile station
P=Operates portable
R=Operates rover
E=Emergency power
C=CW op
V=Phone (voice)
W=WSJT
