[SixClub] K9RKA, Bill a SK

For those that might have known Bill, K9RKA became a SK (Silent Key or  Died) 
this past week. Bill lived in Fort Wayne and had worked as a radio tech.  for 
Allen County Sheriffs Dept. at one time. Bill was an avid VHFer and ATV.  
Always had a warm smile and welcome. 
 
He will be missed by those that knew him.
