None the less... the outside pin (closest to cabinet side) is the your 
positive connection..

I have a ICOM 551 6m all mode 10W base radio
I need a DC power cord or can someone tell me the DC pin
setup I do have a dc connector I just don't know what 2 pins
to use to apply DC power to the radio
