Charlie: welcome to 6.  I've got to go along with Mike and John in that with 
a small yagi (or even a moxon) you can have a blast on the band when Es are 
going.  I worked most of the states and quite a few counties during the 
summer of 2003 with at first a Par Loop and then a 3 el yagi at 28 feet, 
turned with a RS TV rotator.  Only had 25 watts at that time also.  GL and 
hope to work you soon.
