[SixClub] FM repeaters

Comma delimited is fine, but he'll find it hard to read unless he has a 
program at the other end that can suck the file in. Maybe send him one with 
TABS too. Might be easier to read by eye in Wordpad. Caution him that the 
columns won't necessarily line up but he'll be able to figure it out.
