[SixClub] Kit wanted for low power beacon project

Hello list! Name here is Larry, and I would like to build a low-power 
transmitter for a beacon here in Rhode Island. I've spent 3+ days searching on-line, 
but cannot find a thing. Can anyone on the list here point me to a kit

P.S. Anyone know what happened to the W2CAP/B on Cape Cod? I haven't heard it 
in over a year.....
