Depends a lot on how your Moxon is built! I use a PAR stressed Moxon; for
that you adjust it by changing the length of the side arms (they slide in
and out). If you're building from scratch, you might find the articles at
http://moxonantennaproject.com helpful; if you can't find an appropriate
tuning method in one of their construction articles, there are a host of
really helpful links there.
