At 04:06 Z In Central Michigan I'm hearing lots of stations. Most are in the 
S-3 to 4 range with a few much as S7.
Looking over at the scope the bottom 200 KHz is loaded with signals.  Some 
are heavily distorted. I just copied VE2XK who was quite strong.
