[SixClub] grid square determinators

Greeting:
I would like to know the proper and correct way to determine the last 2
designators in the location grid square.

For example how do you determine the  "df" portion of the EN58 grid square?

Is there an formula that can be used or website that could help?
(example my grid square is EM15> now I need the last two locators)

 At 0515z (roughly), I heard VA6SZ in DO33 calling CQ here into EN58df,
