Larry,

It is 11 years between peaks. If the peak was 2001 then next peak will be
2012, and I am not sure how the last cycles double peak will affect the
next. Good guess as the cycle ramps up we should start seeing activity
around 2008, with heavy activity 2011 - 2012. Hope this answers your
question.

Remember double/triple hop sporadic E will happen each year, and TE seems to
happen often out of the 11 year cycle. It may be possible to for me to work
Europe on triple hop. For you triple hop will be stronger because most of
the time yours occurs over water.
