Well, I didn't get it, sorry...I have never used the software package
and am not familiar
with it...

If the writer is AWOL and he paid via credit card, then he can contact
the card issuer
and get a "charge back" which will refund or credit the charges
back....that usually
gets a vendor going....(you don't have that protection with checks or
check cards, even
if they have the VISA or MC logo! ONLY real credit cards!)
