Your vertical is great for local FM work...but will have a 20db LOSS 
when working SSB stations on HORIZ during NON band openings...

If you can put some turnstyle antenna (like the crossed squares in QST 
and QEX a while back), you could hide it in the trees...paint it green 
or brown to help hide it.....

OR put a TV tower up, buy a Log Periodic antenna for 50Mhz to whatever 
(UHF or 1.2GHz) and tell the homeowners group its a TV antenna ALLOWED 
under FEDERAL law....make sure you have it hooked to the TV if they 
check! :) Yes, they cannot prevent you from putting up an outside TV 
antenna...and luckily 6mtr and TV2 antennas can look exactly the same..
