[SixClub] re; weak signal

 there is always one wise guy, right? well, here I am..I guess I am always 
doing weak signal work,on am mode, because a heathkit hw29 doesn't have an s 
meter!!!

now, for a real question..Does the RAC have a worked all provinces award? and 
if so,are northwest and yukon included?
