No, my wife and I are the only HAMS in the neighborhood. Although we have a new family moving in next door and the OM has been asking me a ton of questions about amateur radio. It seems he was one of "those CB'ers" a few years ago and got out of it but didn't get radio out of his system. After he finishes moving in he said he wants to check out our shack. I got out a Tech manual for him just in case he wants it.
