firstly in a ad to sell something never use the word trouble it puts a 
negitive  (negative)spin on things and gets people thinking its a piece of junk
secondly dont tell them you cant figure it out it makes you look dumb
i would just list it as follows

For Sale

Swan 250 6 meter rig

includes 117cx power supply

hardcopy and CDROM of the manual

this radio is circa 1970s with tubed finals

asking $200 plus shipping or delivery in the Orlando,fl area

and if i where you i would list it on ebay those idiots are paying top 

dollar for any ham radio stuff
