[SixClub] 6 is open!

Yesterday on the way to HamCom in Dallas, six FM was wide open; got into
a number of out of state and also chatted on 52.525 simplex with 4's and
9's (heard even activity on 52.49 for the 1st time!)...best opening on 6
(especially FM part) in a long, long time.

This morning (Sunday 6/20), TV 2 here in Houston has strong co channel
lines in it (since I 1st looked at it around 9am CT) & 6 SSB is HOPPING
like 20mtrs!! FM is also open to a lot of areas; some signals up to 10
over S9 on my stingy TS680!Beacons are pounding in and lots of CW around
50.097...if you aren't on six now, you are missing out! Just heard an
XE2 on 50.125 SSB and a VA3 on 52.525 FM...I think I'll go check out the
50.4 AM freq as well...

(the Magic band has come alive!)
