Yes it is. According to my company attorney, you have to first catch them,
and then be able to "prove' their "intent", hense we get into the world of
legalise. In the end you may spend a ton of money just for the
satisfaction of hanging the bastards out to dry. But, in the end you
probably won't see you money or your equipment again.
Just for the edification of all in the group I will post this scammers
email...so you all can see just how they operate.
