Thanks George and will check em out I use mostly a
dipole on 6m and it has a 3.2 db gain but have been
looking for other antennas. Just never have much time
to get near a store to purchase one. But do plan to
buy.
6 m was low this time in the philippines with only
3 or 4 short openings usually lasting 10 minutes, and
only to japan and taiwan.
my plan is to mount the dipole up around 20 feet or
more for better coverage. Its only 5 feet above the
roof at the moment and the roof is galvanize steel. so
I think most of my signals are going up in the air
instead of direct. will change this in february as
right now there have been alot of winds from the
typhoons in our area. Also want to work 2m ssb.
