Jerry, 50.290 is where the PSK31 operators look and call during opening.
Hope to work you there. Also look for RTTY contacts on the same
frequency. PSK31 is not the best mode for band openings because of the
rapid phase shifts that occur during opening but the multi tones FSK
modes like RTTY work well. That does not mean there is no PSK activity,
just don't expect it to copy as well as it does on twenty meters. HiHi
WinWarbler great program, I use it here for both PSK and RTTY along with
the DXKeeper.
