Some of us have separate folders for messages (I do..I put all 6m 
postings in a different box than MY personal emails)...
filters or rules are needed to toss them there....
They arent just used for getting rid of spam msgs.....
I do it all the time in Outlook, Netscape, etc..

Now for BANDOPENINGS, I think it would be ok to ask for a subject line 
of: Band Open or something similar.....that we can all agree on and 
those who DONT want to read it can merely delete it...or filter it out.
