[SixClub] Testing advice PLEASE read

Folks, there will be plenty of messages from the list for you to test 
your filters, etc. If you are reading the list, you should be ok....but 
PLEASE people, quit with the TEST messages, ok? they are not needed, a 
waste of bandwidth and not good Net etiquette.
