i agree
the least the guy could do is give him the tower for hauling all that 
ham gear to the fest and selling it
i would suggest taking a small hammer and tapping each section of the 
tower to search for rust if the tower section sounds dull it would run 
screaming into the woods
and we havent tackled the base section yet which would need to be cut 
from the concrete so that means you would need to get a base fabricated 
at your local welding shop
if it was me i would pass and keep an eye open for 50 feet of rahn 25G 
which you should be able to find used for around $25-30 a section and 
accessories are still availible like base sections and installation info
