[SixClub] ARRL appointments

I know that, You that but JIm Bob in Podunk may not
and let his membership lapse. More of a warning note I
guess and like I said to tell us that VHF clubs can
appoint someone. ARRL Special Services clubs and VHF
clubs (who are ARRL affilliated) got the letters as
well, not just the feild checkers.
