[SixClub] ARRL appointments

I got mine, why? All they did was add VHF clubs could
appoint a VUCC checker. I dont know if it was a rule
change but they are goping to give non ARRL member
checkers 45 days to join or strip them of the card
checker duties. Dont know why they have not done that
already as you have to be a member to get the award,
shouldnt the guy checking be one as well?
