The AR-6 is a favorite of some folks....not that I like Cushcraft 
though...the VR-6 from Hy Gain looks good but I havent tried one 
yet......I have heard some not so good stories on the Comet 6mtr 
antenna...a friend of mine in Port Arthur TX blew his out twice with 
just 100watts into it!!

A DB201 ground plane by DB Products is good IF you can find one on the 
used market....DC grounded (and can take many lightning strikes) which 
is also good for static drain off, etc....looking for something for FM 
use? Home or rptr?
