Strangest cause of interference I've found in the house is my wife's sewing
machine, causes a strange science fiction ray gun noise through most of 6
meters when it's on and much RF hash when she's sewing.  Battery charger for
my Dewalt drill also caused problems.  Both of these were cured by using a
filtered surge block between the PS and wall outlet.  I've pretty much
determined that my noise / signal on 50.110 is coming from my neighbor's
house to the west.  They have one of those "smart home" computer controlled
everything systems and it might be a nightmare to track down.
