excuse me but if a amateur (espec a tech that is affected) has to ask what 
privelages do i get...i`m not sure he deserves any .... all you have to do is 
look up arrl web page and educate yourself!!!!...i`m a newly licensed general... 
and i agree with tech tech plus being with the novice... to make a technician 
no code a general without further testing is RIDULOUS...o.k. i am done now...
