IF you believe for ONE second this proposal will prevent interference 
to/from amateurs and other services, you probably believe the story 
about "wardrobe malfunction" at the Super Bowl! (and I want to know what 
drugs you are taking!)

This is step one to the ruining of our low freq radio resources.
It's time to get the printers and email cranking (but it may not make 
any difference).
