Yea! Someone else had a problem with that guy too.

I ordered a PSK31 hookup for my radio and ordered it for the wrong radio as 
his order form was confusing at the time (he has since changed it).

When I spoke to him/emailed, he was super rude to me. I didn't even bother 
to send it back. I can convert it. He used all sorts of language and even 
made slurs against me. It was really uncalled for and just out of the blue. 
I wasn't expecting it.

Buxcomm has a lot of goodies, but watch out if you have a problem, that guy 
is mean & nasty. Not very HAM-like.
