Speaking of buying a 6 meter rig...I watched an Icom IC-502 gofor$152 on Ebay 
yesterday.  CW/SSB only, but the thing was portable with a built in antenna 
and could be run on C cell batteries.  I was too cheap to buy it though.  I use 
a Ranger 5054dx, the 10 watt version.  I'm thinking about selling that and my 
IC-703 HF rig and going after a 706MkIIG  I like to work the sats and I'd 
like to try some 2 meter ssb.
