Hmmm a HW100 modified for 6m?? Possible.....but easier to find a SB110 which
is already on 6 :) or even a used
6m allmode rig (get one with all modes, not just SSB or FM only..you'll miss
half the fun in either case!)
I bet you could sell the spare HW100 and buy a Ranger 5054 6m rig for the
same or close amount...the Ranger is a 25watt all mode rig (they do have a
100watt model out now but it is about $100-150 more) and join in on the fun
on 6
The Ranger has all mode squelch which the HW does not...so you can park the
radio on 50.125 and never miss the fun!
