[SixClub] repeater freq

53.01 and up with a -1MHz offset is the usual standard but most of the NW US
under MACC is switching to a 1.7MHz offset....but 53.01 thru 53.39 are
likely the most popular outputs

(Of course some idiots like Texas allow rptrs OUTPUTS on INPUT
channels...but then that bandplan was NEVER voted on by the entire Society
membership...like I said, these idiots think RF stops at the county
line...and want to use a 52.xx output to match their UHF freq....hmmmm I
think I want to use 146.34 as a rptr output! :)

PL is used....but not as heavily as say on UHF.....If a rptr DOES use PL,
would be nice if its ID would announce it.
(but most don't)
