I have done some RTTY on six meters. I used 50.290MHz. Some stations
might answer you in PSK31 so be ready to swap modes. RTTY seems to work
better on six meters than PSK31 during openings and is certainly a
better keyboard qso mode.

The WSJT call frequency on six meters is 50.260MHz. Listen every
Saturday starting 15:00UTC for the Random Hour which is now using
FSK441C. Random hour information is at:
http://www.qsl.net/wa5ufh/WSJTGROUP/WSJTGROUP.htm

Most activity on six meters digital is WSJT. Unless you have locals to
work PSK31, RTTY, Hell and MFSK you need some type band opening. I will
listening and ready for any digital modes heard or seen in the passband
around 50.290.
