Did you get any feedback Dennis???   Haven't see any after your post...

KLM did make a 440-16X, it had a bandwidth of 420 to 450MHZ with 14dBd gain
on a 10ft 3" boom... Great solid antenna...

do a google search for it and see what you come up with... having had one, I
remember it being solid and used a folded Dipole for the driven element...
