I have Earthlink cable thru Time Warner...was about 1.8MBs...now about
2.5-3.0 MBs due to upgrade on TWC's side....(Road Runner people got it
too)....I pay $41.95 but that was under an old special..now Earthlink
cable is $49.95/mo (like everyone else) but the 1st 6 months is $27 or less!

In my personal and professional opinion, AOL software takes over a PC
and rewrites half the drivers, etc. Turns the networking to trash....I
constantly had problems with AOL at former job as an IT Admin.....I told
users take it off or I would not fix their problems (That usually got
them going ;)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
But back on topic (see I knew it would turn this way if I kept typing :)
if only 6mtrs would open up.....didn't hear anything during the storms
that moved thru Houston today (luckily I unplugged the home antennas
before going to work!)

Also...anyone have any experience with the MFJ Quad band (Pulsar)
antennas they have out now?? I am looking at the 6/2/220/440 model for a
rptr project...but I heard somewhere the 6m side does not work worth a flip!
