As Jerry, KF6VB and Bob, W0YVA so correctly pointed out, the links to 
the Signal/One Newsletters no longer worked.
In 2017 I mirrored the entire website Bill Turini, KA4GAV(SK) created.  
After posting it to the server hosting signalone.org I checked all the 
pages and links.
What I did NOT notice was the individual Newsletters were linked back to 
Bill's site.  Sadly, Bill has passed away and when his site finally went 
off line the links died.
All the Newsletters were on my site, just not linked.  They are now.  As 
for the zip file - who knows.  Since zip files are soooo "last century", 
I have replaced it with a 7z file.

On another note, I have been so very busy with many broadcasting 
projects that I have been remiss in my work with the Signal/One site and 
that includes Registry updates.
I have several I need to make.  And earlier this year I somehow managed 
to delete a large block (and I do mean DELETE) of emails. If you sent me 
an email and I never replied, well, now you know why.  Sorry.

I am sure there have been a lot of changes in ownership that I have not 
been made aware of.  If you know of any not in the Registry please let 
me know.

And finally, a few years ago Bill called me concerning this Signal/One 
reflector.  He told me he knew his time was short and he wanted to make 
sure we could still use it after he was gone.  He made me co-admin at 
that time.
After Bill passed away I made Bob, W2RWD co-admin in case I go Tango 
Uniform.  But hopefully that does NOT happen for a long time. HI HI
