[SignalOne] Re selecting 240 vac input on 1030

How does one select the 240 vac option for the 1030 signal one transceiver?
The manual does not show a schematic for that small input board at the back 
of the transceiver.
One has to change the input fuse from 10 amps to a 5 amp fuse for 240 vac 
input.
Does that board actually come out of there to select the 240 vac input?
I don't want to damage anything before I pull any harder on it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
