[SignalOne] re shipping mil spec 1030 transceiver

Fern,
At the time the MilSpec 1030 was sold from production, it shipped
from the factory in two cartons (one radio, one transformer) out of
consideration for shipment weight limits. However, given the amount
of weight in a small area of the aluminum chassis, it is likely a
good idea to ship the transformer separately in any case.
