All I can suggest, is for you to update your internet security software and try to determine of your computer
has malware or spambot infection. You should scan your computer often to help prevent this from happening.
Because I use a Mac, I never have to do this and haven't used a PC for internet for over 4 years because of
these problems.
If you are running Norton, I would suggest that you completely uninstall it and never use it again.
Instead, try McAfee or better and run a complete deep scan of your system using the latest patches
or updates. You should also schedule this often.
